MISUSE OF TRUSAFE’S COMPANY NAME AND LOGO

Trusafe Smart Security Sdn Bhd (truSafe) would like to caution members of the public on a recent modus operandi by persons or companies conducting fraudulent activities using truSafe’s name and logo and had also disseminated wrongful and misleading information. We therefore reserve all of our legal rights.
It has been brought to our attention that the documents purportedly being used by these fraudsters to convince members of the public that they are acting on truSafe’s behalf include quotations bearing our company name and logo. These were NOT issued by truSafe and the use of our company name and logo in any of these materials is unauthorized and fraudulent.
truSafe does not appoint third-party individuals, companies or firms as representatives, agents or middlemen to represent, act, negotiate or conduct any business dealings on our behalf or collect fees in relation to any project.
Also, truSafe will never request payment transactions to unrelated or unknown third-party accounts. truSafe’s bank account is held by the name of Trusafe Smart Security Sdn Bhd solely.
